  • Successfully lead the effort to name the walking trail at Woodland Terrace Park after Ruth Fleming (Longtime Woodland Terrace Crime Watch President)
  • Successfully spearheaded the effort for 3.1 million dollars to renovate Central Court Apartments that led to reduce crime in the neighborhood
  • Successfully lead the effort to re-open Cuscaden Park Pool in VM Ybor community after being closed for 6 years
  • Twelve new afforded homes built in Sulphur Springs for low income families
  • Presented accommodation to Derrick Brooks for being inducted into the 2014 NFL Hall of Fame
  • Successfully saved 170 families from being evicted from Tampa Park Apartments after given 30 days notice
